Avision AV3200SU

The AV3200SU is based upon the proven AV3200C design but also adds USB 2.0 support. Combining a document feeder and a flatbed, the AV3200SU holds up to 50 pages at once and is capable of scanning up to 20 pages per minute in Simplex mode. The built-in automatic document feeder is far more robust in construction and design than most add-on feeders for consumer flatbed scanners. It also features a straight paper path that minimises frustrating paper jams. Scan documents up to A4 size (8.5” x 11.69”) on the flatbed or Legal size (8.5” x 14”) through the ADF. The AV3200SU features True Duplex capability using has two CCDs (Charge Couple Device) to scan both sides of the page in a single pass. While scanners with a single CCD become slower when scanning “duplex”, the AV3200SU effectively doubles its speed in True Duplex mode – scanning up to 40 images (or sides) per minute. The AV3200SU features both SCSI and USB 2.0 interface and comes complete with TWAIN or ISIS drivers and a comprehensive software collection including TextBridge OCR, AVCapture, and Roxio Photosuite for Windows.
